PGi Global Operations will be conducting back-office maintenance activities.

During this maintenance period, customers may briefly experience audio integration issues with PGi’s GlobalMeet and any of PGi’s supported 3rd party web collaboration products.

GlobalMeet audio conference participants may experience intermittent periods of passcode authentication failures.

Available Workarounds:
Re-connect to the meeting or conference
Reattempt the use of audio controls from within web products
